Yucca thompsoniana

Thompson Yucca

This amazing, slow-growing yucca bears a strong resemblance to Yucca rostrada, but is somewhat smaller. It grows on a branched, tree-like trunk that may be up to 8” in diameter. Leaves are narrow and stiff and grow in a radiating mass. From April-May a stout, three foot flower stalk holds a dense mass of creamy-white flowers above the foliage. Very hardy and will readily adapt.

  • White flowers on stalks in spring
  • Very neat and tidy
  • Large trunk
