Heavenly bamboo produces seasonal color throughout the year. White flowers in mid spring turn into red fruit in fall and winter. Copper-colored new foliage turns to green then red in winter if temperatures consistently fall below 40 degrees F. Works well as low-maintenance hedge or screen plant.
