Kieffer (Kaffir) Lime

A deliciously tangy and interesting citrus variety. The limes are easily distinguished by their extremely bumpy, deep green skin, and their slightly elongated neck. Their leaves are also unique not only in appearance, but in the fact that they are used as much or more than the limes themselves for cooking.
