Artichoke Agave

A medium large agave with a striking-powder blue coloration. Its wide and tight leaves are topped with a large, black terminal spine which are gracefully curved. A favorite of landscape architects and designers because of its size, form, and color. Likes a well drained soil and take care to not over water and keep it dry in cold weather.

  • Striking, wide blue-gray leaves
  • Hardy to about 10 degrees
  • Yellow-red flowers
  • Native to Mexico
