A small, grass-like perennial for mixed borders, containers, entryways or in mesic landscape designs. Flowers are very showy and can come in white, pink, or yellow, although white is the most commonly available. Can tolerate full sun if planted in mesic landscapes with no reflected heat, but does best if afternoon sun is avoided.
