Stunning, alien-like flowers are incredibly showy and can be up to 4 inches in diameter. Late summer monsoon rains bring about profuse blooms. Also available in purple and red, but the blue variety is considered the hardiest available. Winter temperatures may cause some die back, but will recover in spring. Requires regular watering, but more frequent in summer heat.
