A large, twining evergreen vine that is very hardy and can readily accept full blazing sun including reflected heat and western exposure. It is not self clinging and will require some support such as a trellis or lattice. Delicate, yellow, orchid-like flowers can appear any time of year, but are especially prolific in warm weather. Usually stays green all the way to the ground and doesn’t get a bare woody stem like most other vines.
